Customer service has gone way down with the new name and ownership.

Aussie butcher was awesome listens to customers but not these people; I needed to have chicken and lamb cut was told we have precuts but that’s too big asked to cut new whole chicken said we don’t do cuts well why you have a back of butcher then? Seriously.

The cheeky girl at counter said those precuts are convenient! Excuse me it’s not convenient you probably have a different understanding of convenience. Did not want to argue about convenience so decided to walk and heard a very cheeky “ bye bye”.

I really liked my experience. I got help from Sarah in finding and choosing the best meats after not knowing what to get. I remember loving the Truffle Sausages and Chicken Lollipops the most - the flavour was new and really satisfying after I finished it. Sarah was very kind and gracious when helping me around the store. The trip to here was worth it in my opinion. I would go back any time, and want to go back to try more of their meats. Thank you...

I regurally go there to buy marinated meats. I don't need to add any extra spices. Just right as it is. Perfect taste. Easy to cook. I gave some to my feiends. They all liked it. I got some order from my friends next week. There are Volcano fork and beef bulgoggi, pork galbi, and spicy chicken. I tried all. all good. It is worth to go there even though little bit far for me. If you live near there, you must to try it. Price is good too....
