came at 12am was not greeted even after we said hello, the man working just stared at us. we ordered two real fruit ice creams and one waffle bites. He told us it’ll take 5min we then waited 10 minutes and was handed someone else’s order. we then waited another 10min for our waffle bites and another 35minutes where he was too preoccupied with other orders to finish our ice creams. we then asked for a refund for the ice creams we didn’t receive and he didn’t know how to process an eftpos refund so he had to give it to us in coins. 55 min and no apology...

Stood in the rain for 10 minutes for them to give us a burnt waffle cone with the incorrect ingredients. And prices on the board don’t match what they charge.
