Excellent tea, fabulous staff, amazing atmosphere – this is one of the places to be.

First thing I noticed was that the cafe is very clean – no hygiene issues from me. It definitely earns its A Grade. There wasn’t any dust, and the cabinet glass was shiny and clear.

The cabinet itself was extremely well stocked. It’s a crying shame I was on a cabinet food fast, but it just give me another reason to go back. It was certainly a feast for the eyes.

Highly impressed that despite being incredibly busy, the staff remained professional and friendly. I also observed that the tables were cleared very soon after they were emptied, allowing for maximum occupancy.

I didn’t get a chance to try the coffee (once again, another reason to return) But my mother and I had tea – Earl Grey and English breakfast respectively.

Menu items ordered: Banana crêpes – $14 (GF) (Crêpes, chocolate fudge, Grilled banana, vanilla cream, caramel corn crumble)

Bacon, cheese, onion omelette on sourdough – $16

The banana crêpes were very tasty – the caramel corn was a nice touch, and I thought hiding the banana inside the crepes was genius. It totally kept its shape, and means there’s no annoying peel to battle with. Not to mention, it was so pretty I didn’t want to eat it! Would I recommend it? Definitely. It’s not entirely to my taste but certainly wasn’t unpleasant.

The omelette was perfectly fluffy, and oh my that cheese! I wasn’t allowed any because mother was in love. I’ll just have to have my own one next time.

The vibe was a mix of fun and homely – a lot the inspiration in my eyes is things your mum or grandma would make when you’ve had a long day. I really enjoyed my time and felt safe (something that is very impressive for a busy eatery).

I didn’t get her name but my server shout out goes to the lovely young lady who served us at the counter. Her kind smile and bubbly attitude but contagious.

Overall, I’m for sure going to pay...

Mothers day takeaway experience. Worse time to come order take away. Long queues for take away and table. I ordered my take away at 11:39am. Waited to 12noon, no sign of my order. Saw a lady left with most of her order, 5mins later a staff came out with 1 takeaway asking for that lady, who left already. I asked a staff to follow up my order at 12.10pm, said that they are very busy today; sounded like its my bad to bother her. 2 more staff came asking about my order, because they can't find it, then finally found it at 12.20pm. My order finally arrived at 12.30pm. Got home and 1 hotdog pizza bread missing. Not telling me they were out of stock, or it's getting ready. Nothing. This was really on me, that I saw they did that to the previous lady, and should have checked my order and wait longer! The staff attitudes needs to change even under stress. As zero apology from the staff, didn't care to check customers for takeaways, only customers for waiting table. With that amount of time I could have dined and order a takeaway drink like 10 other people I watched while I was waiting...

Had eggs bene which was great and an iced coffee unusual flavor but the music is overbearing The cutlery is awkward to use Great selection of food and the doughnuts are so more ish. Staff friendly, can get busy but worth it Have been 3 times now Parking can be a problem due to other businesses Have noticed that Bunnings lower carpark is used by kreems patrons Went back to try a different meal, had the keto ploughman's lunch and a friend had the smashed avo and we had 2 flat whites, place as usual very popular but was able to get a table, our meals arrived within 10 minutes which was great, absolutely tasty and extremely happy with both meals and coffees, great presentation, highly recommend this place. Have noticed they charge 50c for butter, we have now taken our own, a few flies hovering around the top section of the food cabinet and a couple inside the salad/pasta cabinet, on hot days flies buzzing around our faces and heads when seated inside, disabled toilet not accessible if in a wheelchair as they have lockers and boxes of toilet paper etc blocking entrance

Kreem was busy when we visited this morning - by around 10am the queue was already out the door and both indoor and outdoor seating nearly at full capacity. Despite the crowd, we were able to find an available table right away and our meals came out quickly. We ordered the Keto Ploughman Platter, Eggs Bene Salmon, Eggs Bene Fried Chicken, Coffee Frappe, Mixed Berry Banana Smoothie, and Matcha over ice - all of which we thoroughly enjoyed, although the fried chicken portion of my Eggs Bene was slightly on the dry side. There were a couple of hiccups with service - our meals were initially taken to the wrong table, and we were mistakenly offered someone else’s side order of bacon. Understandable given how busy it was, though it did affect the dining experience slightly. We also took away the carbonara and a salmon & egg breakfast roll, both of which were excellent. Overall, Kreem offers great food and fast service. A lively spot worth visiting, especially if you don’t mind a little hustle and bustle.
