WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER ORDER FROM THE RICHMOND STORE!! Friday night ordered 3 pizzas online to delivered. Pizzas were delivered ok but the guy said we had to pay with cash, even though I selected 'pay with eftpos' when I ordered - the driver said he would come back later with the eftpos machine. Got the pizzas inside only to find 1 had been put in the box upside down and was basically in a ball in the middle of the box. No sign of a driver that night to collect payment.... until just before midnight when someone from Dominos called my mobile (used to place the order) and woke my partner up to discuss the payment. Needless to say, he told him not to call us at that hour again and hung up. Saturday someone from Domino's to our home, we made the payment without any argument, the guy left and we thought that was the end of it. 1 week later our flatmate just tried to order a pizza from Dominos Richmond only to be informed our address has been blacklisted!!! So we got a messed up pizza, a phone call at an unreasonable hour and happily made payment within 24hrs when the guy returned to collect it with eftpos.... and somehow they are justified in blacklisting us as though we have done something wrong 🤬 When we confronted 2 managers in person in a store, they knew of the situation and the only explanation they had was that they have many other customers who don't pay!! No apology, no replacement pizza for the messed up one that was originally delivered and no offer to remove us from the blacklist.
I haven't missed anything out from the story, there is no key point I've left out to make us look innocent and make them the bad guys. This is a completely accurate account of how things played out.... with the last bit being 2 very angry and frustrated customer leaving the store no better off than when they went in and no in a particularly pleasant frame of mind!!
If we hadn't been blacklisted or they had taken some action ANY ACTION to right the wrongs done to us then this would have been a far more favorable review.

Every time I step into Richmond Domino's, I'm greeted with warmth and kindness. There's a consistent excellence in service, especially from two male staff members who always make my visits pleasant. I'll admit, I'm a bit of a challenging customer when it comes to ordering—I constantly tweak my pizzas to fit my cravings at the moment and can be quite indecisive 😅. Cheese is my weakness, making it hard to settle on just one thing.
Despite this, their patience and exceptional customer service never waver. Each visit, I end up adding extras—desserts, drinks, or even another pizza—because of how well they handle my requests.
Tonight, the female and male staff were both great in helping me decide what to order 😅. The male staff member went above and beyond by bringing my order out to my car. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
I rarely leave reviews, but after seeing some of the feedback here, I felt compelled to share my positive experiences. I've ordered from this location over 20 times, both online and in person, and any minor mix-ups were promptly and easily resolved. Keep up the fantastic work, guys! I'll make sure to catch your names next time.

Order 5 pizzas to pick up, I went to pick them up as a family member had ordered them and I was coming through from town so I picked them up on the way back home. Unfortunately I was unaware of the amount of pizzas that had been ordered, had I of known I would've been aware that the guy on the counter had given me 3 pizzas short. I got home and my family was disappointed, realising I was three pizzas short, we called Dominoes to sort out the issue. They admitted that the error was their fault and but couldn't do anything apart from giving store credit to compensate for the missing pizzas, which was an inconvenience to say the least. Around 3 weeks later we went back to Dominos in Richmond to redeem the credit that was allegedly given by the manager.
