My wife is a part-time delivery driver, and during a recent visit to McDonald’s Richmond (Nelson suburbs) to collect an Uber Eats order, She has also ordered breakfast for herself. Her personal order was prepared promptly within a minute. However, during this visit, a staff member made an inappropriate and unprofessional remark, stating, "Your job is to pick up the order, not to order and eat any food here," in a disrespectful tone. She was taken aback by this comment, as she was a paying customer and behaved respectfully throughout. We believe all customers, regardless of their profession, deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, and appropriate steps taken to ensure a respectful environment for all customers.

I gave my order and asked for two things to be changed it wasnt loud and wasn’t busy and both those things were wrong when I got my order. When I returned to the counter the first time to swap the first wrong item there was no apology. Read moreFirst of all, they had someone untrained on the till, not her fault of course, but she did overcharge me for extra hollandaise sauce, I asked another lady to make sure they put extra extra hollandaise sauce on my bagel seeing as how they charged me for it, they then proceed to make the ones ordering from the till wait longer than 15mins because their priority was the drive thru customers, look I get it but then I finally get back to work and I'm missing a cheeseburger from my order and everything is cold, and my hash browns are cold and crumbled.
