Great to have self-order Kiosks now.
23/07/21 Need to leave a negative feedback today. 6:11pm Ordered Spicy Secrets Bucket online, expected delivery between 7:00 pm - 7:15 pm. 7:35 pm order status still showing 'Preparing your order'. Just about changing my cloths to go to KFC Albany myself and check what's going on, the delivery person arrived. 7:42 pm The txt message show up saying '...delivery is heading your way..." 9:07 pm The order status is still showing "Out for delivery" instead of "Delivered."
Was this human or system error?
The order confimation email said "You’ve qualified for a FREE Supercharged sauce dip!Available while stocks last ". We got no dip in the bag........and also no serviettes, no spoons for the potato and gravy. Hot & Spicy pieces were normally crispy but this time they were floppy.
23/03/2022 Ordered for delivery today and it's 20 minutes late and still showing 'Preparing your order' on the tracking page.
04/07/2023 There was a long queue in the drive-through. We went into the store, both kiosks showing 'Please order at counter'. We waited at the counter behind another family. Even though staff saw us, no one was willing to come and take orders. After waited for about 10 minutes we decided to go to the East Coast road store instead.
The Albany store obviously has a management issue as this is not the first time something like this happened. They do need to have a plan for when kisoks are out of action. And the least they could've done is come over to waiting customers know what...

I did what anyone would and began to fight kev for the last peice of chicken that was left on the ground on my car. the fight escalated so fast that before I knew it I was also naked, fighting a 76 year old man named kev and Morbius in the Albany KFC car park over a peice of chicken. this was the worst experience of my entire life. never going back here ever...
