Soooo went in to get a bacon and egg muffin and a small v, it cost me $10.50 for these 2 items. It was dry,cold and definitely made the day before. If you're charging criminal prices like this,it could at least be made fresh every morning in my opinion. Totally not worth the money. Bring a whole lot of cash if you come here very expensive for average or below average food. The hot chocolate is just warm milk...

Coromandel Bakehouse is so famous that everyone does go there for their freshly baked pies.

My husband and I went there this afternoon for their extremely delicious chicken and vegetable pie and a vegetarian spring roll. It’s just a pity that they don’t bake any vegetarian pie!

Best customer service ever! We walked in at 7.05am, lotsa smiling faces and we enjoyed a korero about sun rise. Ordered our large flat white (great cuppa!); mussel chowder pie (for me - I m all about trying something new), steak cheese and fried chic sticks (for my other half). Beautiful kai for our hiakai puku 😘
