Solo Turkish Mediterranean Cuisine in Coromandel is a gem. Authentic Turkish flavours, warm hospitality, and a genuine passion for food shine through. The owners, originally from Türkiye, are incredibly welcoming and clearly love what they do.

I had the falafel on rice with hummus, garlic sauce, chilli sauce, and salad—everything was spot on. The falafel was homemade and full of flavour, the pilav perfectly cooked, and the balance of sauces and salad made for a fantastic meal. We also had baklava, which was beautifully fresh and the perfect sweet finish.

I love the Turkish decor on the walls, and the TV playing videos of Turkish pastry being rolled out was a nice touch—it added to the atmosphere and made the experience feel even more authentic.

I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Coromandel....

Fast, friendly service followed by generous portions of healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious food - all of it reasonably priced for the volume and quality. What more can you ask for? The food here is really dry and doesn't taste fresh, especially the meat, the falafel and the veggie fritter. They don't shave the meat freshly before serving it and they add too little meat and too much salad into the wrap. The prices are ridiculous for this quality. The claim everything is made fresh daily isn't true. The meat is precut and gets reheated and the same goes for the veggie fritters and falafels. Very disappointed. I...
