The reply’s to the negative reviews are so unprofessional and embarrassing. It seems to me that they can’t take any criticism at all as a business owner you can’t expect all perfect reviews. It’s such a bad look customers are being honest and sharing their experiences and the owner is just outright rude, i’ve noticed in all the owners reply’s they say something along the lines of “why didn’t you mention it in the shop” Maybe it’s because they don’t want to get abused like they do when they say it online. Since new owners have taken over the cafe has gone down hill, the portions are way smaller and the prices have gone up a lot not just a few dollars. It’s funny to me how the owners reasoning for the huge rise in prices is staff, power etc yet i’ve only seen two staff in that aren’t the owners or the owners kids that are so young. The previous owners always had atleast 4 staff on yet still managed to keep the prices reasonable. It appears the chefs don’t know how to make eggs as i had to ask them to actually make my eggs poached and they still weren’t done right and the coffee just tastes burnt and off. Wow who ever is controlling this shops social media needs to be fired asap, before I even go to eat at a place like most people I check reviews good and bad to see if its worth while and yikes I've never seen a place go after customers who leave a slightly bad review like this place does, please everyone check yourself, I'll leave a screenshot I took of just one of the many interactions I found in the reviews, this one really ticks me off because it sounds racial, this guy was complaining about portion sizes and respectfully I might add and these guys were telling him he shouldn't expect big cheap portions like in India (the man had an Indian name) that's an insane response, there was another one where a lady said the coffee was scolding hot and they just called her a liar, they treat anyone that complains even if it's polite like dirt, never eaten here and never will! My family went for a brunch in this place, because we saw people going in and got curious to see what the food tastes like.

First, the lady that took my order was not really smiley at least to make customers feel welcome. Second, when the food was served, we thought the last meal that was served is part of an order since we ordered 3 meals in total. With this, we observed the last meal was too small so we accepted the meal she handed us cause we thought it goes with the other one. Third, the servings are too small based on their price, we thought that “full” meals would actually be bigger. Lastly, the manager came to us and kind of blamed us that we got with the wrong order. He didn’t even manage to apologise with what happened, it’s not even our fault.

Would rather dine in somewhere much more worth the price.

*P.S. we even insisted to pay for the extra meal that has been served in our table, but the response we got...
