Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waitākere Ranges

Worst Pizza Hut, I have ever been to my uncle ordered it because it was cheap and there was lots of us. We ended up paying 35 dollars for 4 pizza’s the first one was a average cheese pizza with hair on it. the margarita pizza looked like it had been out for days the cheese was disgusting and just fell of it was completely un edible. Their was a random green sauce oozing out and worst of all there was strands of blond hair on it which I found absolutely unacceptable and was insulted by their work ethics. The third pizza was chicken and herb it was foul. The plopped on popcorn chicken was soggy and off putting the cheese yet agin just fell of the slice. The fourth and final pizza was sloppy and it did not taste fresh. Now for the staff we went back with the pizza and photo evidence. The manager approached us with a condescending tone and was unwilling to take us seriously. He was ready to refund the money like this happened regularly but was was unwilling to take the feedback and the complaints. Once we mentioned the hair he was stuck on it he kept telling us show me the hair show me the hair the second we showed him he doesn’t look and just takes it away overall pathetic pizza and even more...

Yea nah... Ordered pizza with extra toppings,paid for it all online. Pizza arrived,and no extra pepperoni was on the pizza,even tho I paid for it. SO i rang them up... the initial answer I received was "I did put the pepperoni on there myself" so i checked the pizza again,and even dug around in it.Still no pepperoni... then I was informed that they "Never put the pepperoni on because it would have been too thick with all the other extra toppings aswell,so they just left it out.Otherwise it would come out raw." SO in what universe is this acceptable? At the very least ring up the customer or email them telling them that it will not work because the pizza would be too thick,and suggest something else,then do a refund for the toppings that wasnt provided.Or at the very least send a side of chicken pieces or something with just as a consolation. But to just keep quiet and lie about it... come on guys... Anycase,they made another pizza with the pepperoni,sent it and it was perfect... so im...

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Was delivered on time, but one was undercooked (doughy crust), and one had the toppings half in the box (slid off the crust). When I called to fix it, was told new pizzas would be delivered in about 20-25 minutes. They finally arrived an hour later. When I went to the store to complain to the mgr, he wasn't there. The asst mgr gave me attitude when I asked for a refund. I asked for the mgr to call me when he returned. I never got a call back. I still haven't...
