Dear Chicking Glen Eden,
Thank you for your pathetic service. I called your store 16 times on total to place an order. One of the calls a female picked up and she took my order half way then she hung up. So again I tried to call the store. My husband then drove to your store to place the order in person. Whilst my husband was on the phone to me to confirm the items and he paid for it. Then Chicking Glen Eden decided to call me, I ignored the calls because the order was paid for and we had people at our house. I had texted the number to advise them of the bad service I received.
Once the order was picked up by my husband then drove home so we could get ready for our guests and watch the fight on TV. Half the order was missing once I opened the bags. I then called your mobile number and SAGAR came on. Apparently he decided to tell me to listen to him, I repeated so many times in frustration that the order was not complete. He decided to tell me that he can "TRY" to deliver, if I have paid money then why are you trying to deliver it. Soukdnt you make the effort and drop my order off.
Second time round I drove to Chicking Glen Eden, leaving my guests at home just to grab the chicken. Then VARUN comes out and gave me excuses that ohh the phone was not working. Well if you are running a fast food place and you take phone orders then why is the phone switched off. VARUN HAD NO RESPONSE. Then he tells me oh the calls go to Hamilton, why have a phone order service when you cannot offer it properly.
I had asked for my refund and the rest of the order. VARUN tells me that I am being rude. Well sir, I am fustrated to the WAY I got treated. I had to leave my guests at home to come deal with your rude ignorant nature. What about my double fuel runs, what about my 16 calls and what about your stupid incompetent staff who decided to be rude and only take half the order. Thank you for ruining chicking experience. Surely will not be recommending to anyone, especially when they are rude and not willing to accept their mistake.

Read moreWent to Chicking Glen Eden yesterday visiting the area and thought we have lunch ordered the combo value meal at $19.40 ×2 ( drinks are extra by $2.50 small) registers werent working so the guy had problems getting the eftpos machine to work. We split the cost and he said that it was very slow and apologise this took around 10 minutes b4 the owner came back as he was not around. The staff member was very polite and apologetic but was told to go and cook our order while he sort the register and eftpos out. We waited another 5 minutes however the owner was still trying to fix the register so i explain thats ok we will get a refund and go elsewhere. He was quite rude when i asked for the refund he abruptly said i am trying to fix it to give you a refund. Still not able to give us a refund he took $20 out of the register and i said i would give his 60cents back but he said no take it. We left while his rude behaviour was felt that customers value was not important waiting all 15 minutes was not our fault that his eftpos machine was not working or that his staff was only doing the best he could and should not of been dismissed to go at the back to cook even though i had said i wanted a refund. Access was ok off the main road only one customer, half of the lobby closed with cleaning signs and atmosphere was due to the staff professionalism and courtesy to equipment not working. The owner said the staff member was new but that was not the issue it was how he reacted to us his customer service was poor. Quality of food we did not get to try it so that was disappointing. Read moreI can't believe the level of frustration we experienced during our recent visit. My friends and I ordered a mix of regular and spicy chicken, only to be sorely disappointed by the regular items. When we asked our waiter about replacing them with the spicier ones, he mentioned a potential delay of 15-20 minutes, which we were okay with.
However, the situation took a turn for the worse when the lady behind the counter outright refused any changes and shouted this across the entire establishment. The lack of professionalism and respect was astounding. Instead of handling the matter discreetly, she chose to make a scene in front of all the customers at the billing counter.
When we clarified that our concerns were not directed at her, a bearded guy, emerged from the kitchen and lectured us about respecting her position as the store manager. The entire encounter left us seething with frustration.
The absence of basic customer service was glaringly obvious. We had hoped for a pleasant dining experience, but the way our concerns were dismissed and the subsequent confrontation left a bitter taste in our mouths. Needless to say, we have decided to steer clear of this establishment...
