Went there last night with 3 of my friends and 1 was late, after we ordered 4 dishes with the waitress/owner, she asked me whether we want the meal to be served now or wait for my other friend, of cause i said please wait till my last friend arrived, then the food suddenly served, I told the waiter(male) that my friend has not arrived yet, then the waitress/owner walked out, at the end I let them leave it on my table. We ordered 4 dishes and only 3 arrived, we finished all 3 dishes already and asked the waitress/owner that the last dish has not arrived/ made then please cancel it, first instance response was "It ii already in the process of making it right now in the kitchen", I said NO!!, go and check now, I was standing outside the kitchen and heard their conversation between herself and the chef, they have missed the order and adv customer wants to cancel, after 4 mins, the dish came to my table, i told waitress/owner, we have cancelled it already, she said it was being made already and all ingredients were prepared which just need to toss in the wok, i replied i own restaurant too, do not give me this non sense, waitress/owner said: "it is not a problem, i will take it home and eat myself", just to push all responsibility to us, seriously, if you make a mistake then admit it, seriously, not going back again, your restaurant might be popular but the way you do business...

With no reaction or reply she led us to a table for two (bear in mind the restaurant is not busy at this stage). We got told to take our time choosing off the menu but she would be back in 2min to take our order. Our mains came out staggered which was strange as we only ordered two things. People that ordered and arrived after us got their entire order first. I have had salted chilli prawns from Canton and Flourishing which id rate much higher on flavour and portion size than here. We had x2 entrees and two mains with NO beverages and the order came to $85.00. Pretty pricey, giving the portion sizes were small compared to any other Chinese place ive been. ($30 for literally x15 deep fried prawns.)
I think I'll leave this one...
