I’ve had a wonderful experience at Peak Pilates! As someone who was completely new to Pilates and struggles with anxiety, it took me a while to finally make the decision to try it out. But from the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease.
My one-on-one sessions with Thanya have been amazing. She is incredibly calm, patient, and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. She’s great at tailoring the sessions to focus on what I want to work on, while also pushing me to challenge myself. I never feel rushed or overwhelmed, but I can definitely feel myself improving each time.

He's the first Physio/Chiro/Osteo (I've tried them all!!) that consistently gets me results after I wreck myself doing my martial arts, callisthenics and weight training.
