KCB Paraparaumu — Restaurant in Wellington

After a very simple phone order, I made my way out from Tawa to Paraparaumu to get this amazing chicken that I’d heard good things about, during that time, Westpac decided to have an outage (I know, it’s not their fault) and I wasn’t able to transfer money in order to pay for my family’s food. After 3 or 4 failed attempts to fix the issue, Danika and her kinds family agreed to tell me to take the food home, they would text me their acc details and I would transfer the bill as soon as I could. This in itself was a giant act of kindness, so of course I’m checking Westpac online every few minutes when I get home and sure enough, we get back online after a little while. I get a text from Danika with our total and their acc details. Paid them promptly and I can’t express how grateful I am for their kind offer of take away before pay. Equally important - BEST K-fried chicken we’ve ever had! Wife is very happy with her honey soy and I’m still on fire with the amazing Volcano chicken. We will 100% be back time and time again! March 2024 - Just got back from a 6 month trip around the North Motū and had to call in to my favorite Korean Fried Chicken takeaway and order some scrumptious, delicious KFC (Korean Fried Chicken).

Have I missed this place, although I did find a couple of other KFC takeaway places around the North Motū, they were few and far between.

Loved my takeaway, as usual, Top Service, Great Kāi, best place in the North Motū for sure.

August 2023 - Wow, I just swallowed a volcano 🌋......

Best chicken I have ever had ♥️. Will definitely be back. I hope it doesn't change into another business.... last time I was here, it was Macs Fish n Chips.

The chicken was well cooked, well seasoned, soft, moist, succulent, and 🥰 perfect.

Definitely recommend you call in and see for yourself. If you like wera 🔥 then volcano is for you. If you don't, they have other options that will agree with...

I hardly ever give reviews but you guys are outstanding. Truely, your food is 5+ EVERY single time. You can tell it’s made with so much love and perfection. The chicken is insane. Crispy/honeysoy & spice/sweet are my favourites. The chips are cooked to perfection - so crunchy 🤌🏽 the colesaw is also delicious, it’s got a nice sweetness to it. Burgers are on too. Also your prices are so reasonable!!! Especially for the quality you deliver wow. We come at least once per week & some weeks even a second time lol.
