I do feel that the staff are trying their best, but there just isn't enough staff there at peak hours. It just gives the impression of a poorly managed outlet. The queue for drive thru was excessively long (which happens at all popular fast food outlets) but this just wasn't moving. So I parked and went in to order a takeaway. I noticed that there was no dine in facility (late August 2022) presumably because there isn't enough staff. It wasn't a long queue inside but there was just one person taking the orders and packaging them up. Even though the person was trying their best, he was taking just one order then completing the packaging of that order before taking another order. It really felt disorganised and those in the queue were left ambiguous as to the process. The two touch pad order systems were not working. In fairness, inside was significantly quicker than drive thru. The meal itself was not great - I don't feel good thinking about it. I really cannot recommend anyone to go there - maybe sometimes you get something great - but the standards are certainly variable - not greatly reassuring. Also it just does not feel clean enough for a branded fast food outlet. I wish it was better managed but I'm so put off that I don't think I could ever go back. Extremely disgusted in quality of food tonight. For part of our order we asked for 2 Large potato and gravy, both ended up as 1Tblsp (measured) potato and gravy was so thin it looked like weak tea. Containers were barely 1/2 full . 2 of our burgers were personalised Colonel burgers. (No lettuce +slice of pineapple.) I had to search for the pathetically tiny piece of tomato in each of the colonel burgers. Nothing like the advertised products at all. Total order was not packed very well and resulted in 4 squashed burgers and Lge soggy chips sat on top of a collapsed box of chicken pieces. Chicken coating very greasy and chicken dry. No spoons or serviettes were supplied. The only positive in this experience was the server who was very polite. When spending $60+ on a single order one would expect a much higher quality of goods. I strongly suggest you train your staff to a much higher level of quality or your reviews will be your downfall. 1 server for the counter from (approx)6 or 7 staff is pathetic when you have more than one customer waiting. What struck me about my visit here today (21 Nov) was how small everything has become! I got the Boss meal deal thinking it was good value, but really it was not. Everything was so downsized....The chips, the drink & the chicken pieces were so small you'd sware they are catching the Seagulls that congregate in the carpark. Very small chicken pieces so I felt a bit ripped off & disappointed. The potatoe and gravy was so runny it was more like soup. But overall I gave it 4 stars because it tasted okay.. & I was hungry. I reallly do wish KFC would bring back the old 1/4 pack with mashed spuds, peas, chicken & gravy.

12 May 2022 Such small pieces, a tiny wing & chest. Over cooked and dried out & just not good. I don't think I will be back again.

17th March 2023 This place has go so expensive it's off my menu from now on. Just not worth the cost of what we receive anymore.

AUG 2023 Well I gave in and went for some more.. it seams the more I go here the less I want to. Not much has changed except its more expensive and...
