Little Sprig is a cosy little cafe/bar found in the main shopping centre in Seatoun, Wellington. Craft beer and cider is available on tap as well as a selection of wines. They have tasty fresh hot food available to order. Coffee and other hot drinks are also available. The service was excellent, friendly, timely and attentive. THE most expensive two sausages I have had for some time ($29, with a small quantity of mash). Partner's fish advertised a salad which was absent. Similarly priced.

Food took over 45 minutes to arrive, with no acknowledgements or apologies from the efficious server. Only one guy in the kitchen. Might be a space constraint thing - the venue is pretty small - but I'm not sure if we'll be going again. Place lacks the warm ambience of the Sprigs in...

The best thing about this place is that it's open. They used to have nice crippy chips but now they're old and tastless. My questallia was tasty but the wine I usually like tasted like vinegar. My husbands burger meat looked still raw, even though they reassured us they all came like that and no one had complained of getting sick.
