Absolutely terrible. No customer service whatsoever. Pizza arrived very late and cold was told when I rang to complain that it was not cold and I should try another pizza shop. I have spent a lot of money at this store in the last three years. We order pizza at least twice a week, so well over $5k. The service and quality has not got any better. After today's carry on I can safely say it's got worse. RUDE, ARROGANT and never admit they are at fault. Totally disgusted! Only given one star because I can't give zero!
EDIT: The reply given by the store is not totally true! Every time I order I ring and abuse your staff afterwards? That is a blatant lie! I have rung on occasions where orders have been wrong, cold, incredibly late or missing items. Yes, I have lost my cool a couple of times, however the general failure of this store to put things right is evident in the reply they gave. They have NEVER once taken any kind of responsibility for the ongoing screwups, no solutions are ever offered, they argue and hang up the phone. Took a seat and waited for order to be ready. Patiently waiting, minutes went by, then turned too 10mintues when I started to have suspicions. Noticed a customer walk in and order and their order ready before mine, this is when I approached staff too see if my order was ready and the whole time it had been in the warmer, I asked how long the order had been in the warmer and explained I had been waiting patiently for the last 15min if not longer and staff handed me food with no answer and walked away. Was already running late so had no time to stay and discuss issue. Such a basic simple task too realize my meal was ready as I paid for it but somehow that was unachievable ....
Read moreResponse to owner – not true. When I calmly and politely complained I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. I was upset when my reasonable suggestion that the $10 charge might be waived was rejected for a nonsensical reason. It was only then that I was offered something. If you inconvenience and then ignore customer suggestions, you should not be surprised if they get upset. As this is not the first time, Paraparaumu clearly does not fix its mistakes.
