Mojo Airport — Restaurant in Wellington

I can honestly say this is the worst customer service. At International gate, departure GATE47. Asked for coffee to be warm so I could drink it and rush off. Coffee was so hot you couldn’t hold the cup. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told we are closing so no. Server offers to tip some out and add cold milk.!!!! Then proceeds to empty the grinder and throw new grind to the bin? Honestly the lack of flexibility is a reminder of how dispensable customer service is in these environments. 2 stars is probably generous. Serving staff seems nice but disorganized. I ordered a flatwhite and a breakfast wrap. While a coffee arrived promptly it wasn't the one I ordered. So they had to remake it. Hay I get it 1st thing people are busy and mistakes can happen. I had to ask the serving staff twice where the wrap was and after 15 minutes learned it hasdn't even been put on thegrill to heat. Filter coffee was served lukewarm and tasted watery. Ordered Mojo big breakfast, while the serving on the plate was more than adequate, the food was rather bland lacking flavour. The yellow stuff in a small dish I assumed was hollandaise sauce but tasted nothing remotely close to it. Wait staff need to lift their game.
