Staff (female) today (31/7/22 @0915) obviously decided to ignore their training when it came to working underpressure. It was apparent she was born in a disadvantage home as it shone through her low social economic up bringing. From ignoring customer while sat in view of counter texting; and when her attention was finally sorted, her tone of making her problem mine, twice over was appalling.
