Domino's Pizza Avondale — Restaurant in Whau

Being as polite as possible with this review. The service is crap. I booked a day ahead for a lunch work delivery. I even rang and confirmed the delivery. 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I rang and was told "we're busy, there's lots of orders, it'll be 15 to 20 minutes". 45 minutes later I tried calling again, which went unanswered. I ended up driving to the store to again be met with a pile of excuses. The delivery has just left but ultimately arrived 1 hour after I ordered it for. 15 warehouse guys standing around waiting for their lunch. I guarantee they supplied walk in customers ahead of me and simply thought that as it's a delivery they can get away with it. This outlet is poorly run and I'll never use them again.

The reality with the response is, I ordered a full day before, that should have taken priority over orders received later. If you know you were going to be busy due to advance orders, you add staff. If you get further orders after my order, you advise them they may be a delay. If you say 15-20 minutes then deliver in that timeframe, not 1 hour later. Leo, the manager of the store, I asked him to add extra garlic crust sauce on top of garlic crust as it comes out as usually dry. He said he dont have garlic sauce thats liquid, he had solid garlic sauce in bottle.That was pathetic though.

Secondly, When order was made, i saw the pizza from top but when I reached home, whole pizza was soggy and full of garlic sauce on the box.

It was wet pizza. These people who are working do not know how to make basic pizza and give very bad customer service.

I complained by calling him and he said, he can give refund. I said, I havent ate the dinner because of bad pizza, so deliver it. He refused because he can not deliver for free. Excuse me, you made mistake in your pizza. Deliver product, or I will complain to commerce commission, fairtrade as well.

I came here twice. And it is super duper... haha best customer service and their pizza is better then other Dominos, very cheesy and they are not cheapskates with the use of their toppings, had a pepperoni pizza and it had a massive as topping of cheese and it was delish... oh have to apologise for the trolly names on the board, but they saw the funny part in it, which is something I love to see from staff a smile from when I get My dinner 5/5... best service and...
