Went for dinner tonight on a first table booking. Really yummy food if you're looking for something flavoured with spices. Everything we tried had a nice balance of mild spiced flavours, nothing too overpowering, but we also didn't make it further than the small plates! We will definitely have to come back so we can get through another part of the menu. We had the tandoori chicken spring rolls, naga chilli crispy squid, tandoori testing plate, curry chips, spinach & cheese naan and butter naan. The platter came with naga chilli prawns which tasted like they'd been cooked over charcoal - highlight of our meal. I couldn't see them on the menu as a stand alone dish but I'd definitely come back for a whole bowl of these and a beer (no sharing!). Blue cheese chicken tikka was a nice combo and the marinated lamb was done in a dry style and cooked over charcoal - yummy spice mix. The squid was seasoned perfectly, nice subtle spices, crispy and tender. Spring rolls were great, the chilli dip had a nice flavour and mild heat. Recommend this place if you're feeling like something a little different to your usual Indian place for dinner that has a more subtle spice style and great...

I ordered the Chicken Momo, Lamb Curry, and Butter Naan—each dish was packed with authentic spices and cooked to perfection. The momos were juicy and flavorful, served with a spicy chutney that reminded me of street food back home. The lamb curry had rich, aromatic gravy that went perfectly with the naan. Their Indian selections like Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Butter Masala were also top-notch.
The ambiance is cozy yet vibrant, with cultural decor that reflects both Nepali and Indian traditions. The service was quick and the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to make sure we had a great experience.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Himalayan Fusion Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The food here is nothing short of amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and authenticity.
The momos were a standout, perfectly steamed and packed with delicious fillings. The Indo-Chinese style fried rice was fragrant and flavorful, and the chowmein was a delightful mix of veggies and noodles. The spring rolls were crispy and packed with goodness, while the chilli mushroom had just the right amount of heat.
To top it off, their hot and sour soup and manchow soups were simply divine, offering a comforting warmth and depth of flavor.
While the food was undoubtedly exceptional, I must mention that the service was a tad slow, even on a relatively quiet day. Nonetheless, the wait was well worth it for the culinary experience that awaited us.
Overall, I highly recommend Himalayan Fusion Restaurant to anyone looking for a culinary adventure that combines the best of Himalayan and Chinese flavors. You won't be...
