As an Uber Eats driver, I pride myself on providing efficient and friendly service to customers and restaurants alike. However, my recent encounter with Zhou dumplingd left much to be desired in terms of hospitality and professionalism.

Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up an order, I was met with a level of rudeness and hostility that was completely unwarranted. The owner seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence, let alone offering any assistance or basic courtesy.

As someone who works tirelessly to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition, being met with such disdain by them was not only disappointing but downright disrespectful.

It's disheartening to see a lack of appreciation for the integral role that delivery drivers play in the success of food delivery services. Without us, restaurants like this wouldn't be able to reach as many customers and generate the revenue they do.

I urge the owner to reconsider their treatment of delivery drivers and to instill a culture of respect and gratitude towards all individuals who contribute to their business. Until then, I'll be sure to share my experience with fellow drivers and potential customers alike.
