I have been shopping here for over 8 years and this is the first time Iāve had the worst customer experience here ever. I just bought a microwave oven around 6.15 pm today and took it home to realise that itās a damaged unit. I immediately came back to the warehouse and had to go through worst customer experience from a check out counter operator who is barely out of school by the looks of it. When I returned to the shop with the damaged oven I found some space on the counter and kept it and she started saying that I have to wait till she finishes the queue. I waited aside and when she Started talking to me she made me so angry and I had to tell her to control her attitude. She responded to me as I am burden to her. Never said anything apologetic on behalf of the store to comfort me. She instead said that she is a just a check out operator and has nothing to do with broken goods kept on the shelves. This check out operator felt so entitled she didnāt even bother to smile or engage with me to ask about the inconvenience caused. It was around 7.30 when I returned back to the store and she was the only one at the checkout and half way through another operator came and helped me so the transaction. I felt so helpless as this cashier made me feel so small with her very sharp attitude and words. Shame on you warehouse for employing this type of people when there are so many good people out there waiting to get a job. The good people who worked here are all gone and now I donāt even feel like going there anymore. Tye management should take full responsibility for having such a rude girl at the checkout counters....

I went to the New Lynn branch earlier this week and had to wait in the customer service line until the employees (a younger lady and a tall older lady wearing glasses) in the desk were done GOSSIPING. The younger lady told us to wait and continued gossiping to the older one and we were there waiting until they were done. We could hear what they were talking about it it was not offical work chat thats for sure. I went back to the New Lynn one yesterday (as it is the branch closer to me) and the same older lady accused me of tampering with her "work rack" when I was merely passing by, looking at the rack with an item that I got from the normal shelves that was also in her rack. That does not give her the right to raise her voice at me in front of other customers and embarrass me!! I work in customer service and I do not know what she is being taught, but that is not they way to approach a customer at all!

Security is Very friendly with a smile and helpful 100%, floor staff are awesome for asking questions or finding what you need, the store itself is absolutely brilliant has everything you need in store, have bin shopping in this store for 20+ Years, 5 stars to the Store itself but unfortunately I cant rate good because the woman...
