Greetings, Thank you for this chance to express my concerns regarding Newlynn shopping center. The toilets smell really bad and the mess that I've come across is really quiet disgusting. Another true warning on this is how clean the whole shopping mall is. The plastic seats that are place in the isle along the the main entrance that leads to the Countdown are truely unhygienic and between the back of the plastic seating there are furr balls building up between the rungs of the seating, not to mention all but not to know what else has become part of this seating. I feel really disappointed that it has come to this. I have mentioned this to the main reception but they often see more interested talking with the security guards than actually missing the point when what I have mentioned seems so unimportant. IV lost count how many times I perlightly mentioned that the main flooring rug has rolled up and could trip up olderly people. IV been shopping at Lynmall shopping Centre for nearly eight years now. Security isint always there on a regular safe insurance for staff and customers. one night and through a very traumatic experience where there was no security on site this particular event took place where I was being attacked by the homeless people gathering around the entrance like vultures. I was robbed of my whole shopping trolly and was lucky to leave unharmed. Hope this helps. Lynn mall overall has made great changes and many new retail outlets, food outlets etc... banks, shoes, computers, brand names known. Great to see that the changes to the mall has bought a flare of shopping to customers, overseas travellers and it's community. Today visiting the western union agency of money transfers for this particular outlet I graded this 3 but to add I would grade the mall a 5. This being a agency that provides great service for travellers even for locals wanting to have a option of sending or receiving money than using there banks. Grade 3 is the highlight of ensuring all document requirements are mentioned and are follower against money fraud. Receiving ensure you have correct documents ID, DL, letter of address and correct name given from person sending against your documents. Can be frustrating if it's your first time so ensure you either call to find out requirements of documents or contact person sending to Western union has the correct details. All in all efficient but can be a barrier of clear communication from across the counter as microphones are not very clear in this particular branch needs a improved microphone. Most important concern is to ensure that security is the branch requirements and your requirements are posted for your safety as to what is needed for proof of ID. If you don't have the correct necessary ID you will be turned away to get the correct ID. Don't fret or get frustrated but know for the agency to hand over money correct proof of ID must be verified against what they have on file even missing out a letter of your name against your DL will not be accepted, the same as passports.
