Doña hayde This is probably the most famous Nicaraguan traditional breakfast place in Managua. they have high quality food in a traditional Ranchito. When it gets busy here, it’s hard to park your car. Customer service is very slow. Don’t come here if your in a hurry. Takes forever to get food and your bill. Tostadas, are amazing. It comes with the egg cooked easy or suave. Most Nicaraguans do not like this, but I love it. It’s not a big dish, but if you’re a little hungry, it’s a perfect little meal. Boaqueño is one of the most popular dishes here. It’s high-quality Nica food. I feel the pork is always dry and prefer it nice and moist. Nacatamale, really good, but the pork is a little dry. As youll know it will be good, authentic and best of all clean along with good culinary presentation. The property is composed of a mixture of wooden and concrete pillars as well as roof tiles and numerous local paintings and natives arts & crafts. The expansion recently implemented adds a second floor view and a more relaxed and cool place from where you can enjoy the delights of the kitchen. The staff is friendly and attentive, pricing is a bit steep per Nicaraguan standards so to speak but in all reality it`s affordable guys. Beautifully decorated restaurant, loved their patio area. The food was delicious. Some plates tastier than others. The customer service is non existing, the girls take their time to take your order and longer to bring it to you. Order 2 drinks at a time because they don't check on you to see if you would like anything or drinks. The ladies have a bit of attitude, not friendly at all. If they were a little more friendly and attentive, they would probably sell more drinks and food. I left hungry and thirsty since they were not checking in on us.
