During my visit here we had Cinnamon french toast, pancakes and Prawn pesto sandwich. I’ll dive right into the review 🙃
FOOD: French toast: This actually tasted better than it looked or maybe the choco syrup was the icing on the cake 🤔. It’s nice that they decided to make it special with the waffle kind of look and cinnamon addition but my only wish was that the quantity was a bit more and presentation sexier 😉
Breakfast platter: this is definitely good value for money! You get pancakes, sausages, bacon, eggs and a chioce of coffee/tea for N5,000. The pancakes were fluffy and tasted pretty good! Loved it.
Now onto the Prawn sandwich: This was a bit soggy from the pesto sauce but it tasted amazing!!! The fries on the other hand was basic, too basic if you ask me.
DRINKS: We had coffee and tea, loved the tea presentation with the full tea set but I bought a bag of Lipton tea for N1,500 and I’m not over that yet 🙄, I think they can do better to give more tea options instead of regular Lipton and Green tea.
SERVICE: Service was good and the team seems friendly. However I’ll really like for them to improve on their wait time, it’s brunch not slow cooked meals 🌚. In their defense they explained that they had a number of online orders.
Overall I had a decent experience and this spot is approved! Great for brunch or breakfast.
If you could only pick one meal after this review, which would you pick?

Read moreLove the environment definitely a step up from the previous place but I definitely have had better pancakes at the old Micos. So the new Micos has an expanded menu and I found it interesting but doesn’t seem like they are ready because I asked for something and it wasn’t available. The road on which it is situated is being fixed presently so it’s going to slightly inconvenience any customer. I noticed there were a lot of orders for home delivery and I could just imagine me in bed tucking it all away. The service was great, staff were friendly. It’s al day breakfast as it’s always been andddd the prices are relatively good compared to what’s going on in...
