Read moreWe came for a birthday lunch at Four Restaurant. Food was really good, tasty, well made and presentation was ok spot. No issue there at all. Service on the other hand was non existing. Took 15 min (not overreacted, possibly underestimated) until one of us stood up to find a waiter. Having experienced this you would think they made a mistake and would pay at a minimum the normal amount of attention to the table. But no, items were forgotten after ordering some extras. After starter, we had to look for a waiter again who took the order for main. We sat for around 25’ after starters were finished so not a lot of appetite left so ordered a few plates to share instead (lost opportunity for revenue for sure..) Wines during the meal had to be poured by ourselves and no one ever came to the table to check.
Whoever is in charge of service (F&B manager?), really does not know how to run a restaurant at all. As an owner of this establishment I would be embarrassed to call this place mine with the level of service provided. Investment has been made in design and quality of the product, food is excellent so bravo chef. Service is far far below even the most basic restaurant. Even plates weren’t cleared and stacked up by ourselves. You might think it was busy and staff was overwhelmed but it was far from it. Quite empty and I understood why while having lunch.

Read morejune 17 , 9pm. i took my friends for a drink and they end up having dinner . they order chicken risotto and linguine pomodoro. when the server drop the linguine pomodoro i told her that we didn’t order that plate bcz clearly that was not what we order i saw that was seafood risotto . She confirm that, that its the linguine…. i was are you sure. she said Yes, clearly my friend was hungry and ate it… thay ate and around all the employees was in circle bcz they realized that they made mistake and watching us. i call for the bill. and then they charge us for seafood risotto. of course i will not pay that price. it’s not about the money it’s about the service. they all made drama watching us how we got wrong dish, nobody stop by to ask how we doing, do we need anything else. then the responsible person on the floor or manager came to tell us that we ate the dish we need to pay bcz no way server did mistake . He called me a LIAR!! unforgettable!! and i told him to ask the server he went ask her she confirm that she did mistake and the manager never come back to apologize. very disappointed,...
