Honestly wasn’t thinking this was going to be as good as it was. Very pleasantly surprised. The bagel itself is great. Great craftwork - chewy as it should be. Went for an everything bagel, and the fried garlic (I guess?) was a great addition. Went for a tomato bagel and thought it perhaps would be a bit boring, but it just went to show how far you get with great ingredients. Big plus for the choice of crùme cheese, it was lovely. I do wish for a few more interesting options on the menu, but that’s perhaps just a personal preference. Really hoping they will bring back their Skagen as bagel of the month, cause I would love to try it. I’ll be back

Utrolig hyggelig Ă„ ha et lite og lokalt spisested rett pĂ„ hjĂžrnet med fantastisk service, autentiske bagler og topp bakst. De ansatte er fĂžrst og fremst skikkelige hyggelige og livlige, samt serviceinnstilte, lokalet er lite og intimt, men luftig og Ă„pent med et par sitteplasser. Bagels’ene er ferske, store og man kan velge flere varianter, vi gikk for valmuefrĂž og «everything», og pĂ„ de hadde vi tomat- og eggvariantene fra menyen deres. Fulle av smak med en god balanse av ulike nyanser og teksturer og de fĂžles veldig friske, ferske og «hjemmelagde» ut, og mett ble man ogsĂ„! For Ă„ runde av det hele tok vi med en fersk bakst med plomme- og mascarpone som var utrolig luftig og lett med friske smaker. Alt i alt et megabra besĂžk, 5/5 og definitivt et sted vi kommer tilbake til (de har tross alt enda flere bagels Ă„ prĂžve) dersom de enten blir eller Ă„pner permanent et annet sted. Et stort pluss for vennlige priser ogsĂ„! Edit: Helt konge at de ikke er en popup, men heller permanent! đŸ«¶

Freshly baked, delicious bagels! I tried the tuna and salmon bagels. They were both very tasty. It would be amazing if they had more options for bagel sandwiches. Some sweet and tangy spreads would also be great. But I guess you can also buy bagels without fillings and spread whatever you want at home:-)

Freshly baked, delicious bagels! I tried the tuna and salmon bagels. They were both very tasty. It would be amazing if they had more options for bagel sandwiches. Some sweet and tangy spreads would also be great. But I guess you can also buy bagels without fillings and spread whatever you want at home:-)

Best bagel in Oslo.

The bagels have exactly the right flavor and texture. There are only about five options for sandwich fillings, but they are all delicious. Service is friendly, and the owner is always happy to take suggestions from customers.

I'm moving a bit further away and won't walk by on my way to work anymore, but I will definitely keep coming...
