Hokkigai Sushi — Restaurant in Oslo

The staff are very sweet and friendly, very dedicated to their work.

The food itself was a 10/10. The rice was delicious and the salmon practically melted in your mouth.

This is a family business and there are only two people working, yet they still manage to get the food done quickly.

I love the booths and the atmosphere is great. It feels so easy to talk and the staff treats you like home, it's so welcoming.

Very bad sushi. The salmon was not fresh at all and tasted very bad. The rice was dry and sour. The Tuna was out of color. I hope they Improve their hygeine when serving raw fish and serve fresh produce!!
