If you’re looking for a truly authentic Nepali dining experience in Oslo, look no further — this restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and hospitable staff, who made us feel right at home. The service was attentive, respectful, and friendly throughout our entire meal, with genuine smiles and a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complemented the experience.

Now, let’s talk about the food — simply phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour, tradition, and care. From the rich and aromatic momos (which are a must-try!) to the perfectly spiced dal bhat set, it was clear that this kitchen honours its roots. The balance of spices, the freshness of ingredients, and the soulful presentation made each bite a journey straight to the home.

One of the things that truly stood out was how authentic everything felt — no shortcuts, no unnecessary fusion twists. Just proper home-style Nepali food, crafted with love and served with pride. You could tell the chefs are passionate about sharing their culture through cuisine.

The interior is cosy, with tasteful Nepali décor that sets a warm and welcoming tone. It’s the kind of place where you can come with friends or family and feel like you’re sitting in someone’s home in Kathmandu.

This is not just a restaurant — it’s a piece of Nepal in the heart of Oslo. If you’re a fan of South Asian cuisine or just looking to try something new, this place is an absolute must. Nice people, nice service, amazing food — truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city. Highly, highly...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying my first Nepali meal in Oslo, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The restaurant not only introduced me to the wonderful flavors of Nepal but also left me thoroughly impressed with its quality and value for money.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff were attentive and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of delightful.

The food itself was a revelation. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and spices that transported me to the vibrant streets of Nepal. I particularly enjoyed chicken samosa , which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

What truly stood out to me was the incredible value for money that this restaurant offers. Despite the high quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation of the dishes, the prices were reasonable and accessible, making it a great option for anyone looking to explore Nepali cuisine without breaking the bank.

Overall, my first experience with Nepali cuisine in Oslo was a resounding success, thanks to the delicious food, excellent service, and great value for money provided by this restaurant. I left with a satisfied stomach and a newfound appreciation for the culinary treasures of Nepal. Thank you to the restaurant staff for a memorable...

Came here because of the high rating. I can't believe the low quality of food. My vegetarian dish consisted of a tiny bowl of lentil soup, a tiny bowl of peas and a few bits of tofu in sauce, 5-minute rice ( dehydrated and preboiled), tiniest amount of vegetables, and a small broken off piece of poppadom, and a dollop of yoghurt and more of the same sauce the peas were in. The vegetables had a piece of stringy and inedible eggplant that put me off my food even more. I wish I could say the taste was great and fresh. I'm afraid I can't. I can not fathom how they can charge 300 kr for this. I feel like someone has played a practical joke on me, but I was stuck with the bill. P.s. my food looked nothing like the food the review below has posted pictures of....

Not worth even trying, everything is tasteless and nothing was up to the restaurant level. Everything was frozen, and they just warmed it up and give it to us. I had bad stomach after having food in this restaurant. I couldn’t set zero star ! --- Updating review after owners comments with a suggestion - If bird close the eyes, cat does not disappears
