Disappointing Birthday Experience at Radisson Red – Poor Service.

I visited Radisson Red’s rooftop bar/restaurant with my family and two friends to celebrate my birthday. The weather was perfect, and I was excited for a special evening—unfortunately, the consistently poor service and careless mistakes completely ruined the experience.

I Ordered pizza, burgers, nuggets, and pasta, but everything was wrong: The pizza arrived without olives (which were clearly listed in the menu). The nuggets came without fries—just a sad, plain plate with no sides. Later, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and beers, but the staff only brought one glass for the entire bottle. When I simply asked for a glass of water they couldn’t even provide that.

The atmosphere and rooftop view were lovely, but the constant bad service and lack of attention from the staff made what should have been a joyful celebration incredibly frustrating. This is a basic competence and not a struggle to get even the simplest orders

While this spot might work for casual drinks (if you don’t expect service), I can’t recommend it for dining or celebrations. Management urgently needs to train staff and improve organization otherwise, they’re wasting a...

We stayed at Radisson Red Okern Hotel. This is a rooftop bar of this hotel. Bar starts to work at 16:00 and finishes at 23:00 and on the weekend at 01:00. Very pleasant atmosphere and good service. Local draft beers available (2 taps). Smoking on terrace is prohibited, so if you want to smoke you should go to the smoking area near the entrance...
