Umai sushi AS — Restaurant in Oslo

Umai Sushi has become a favorite spot for me and my girlfriend, and it truly feels like a hidden gem among all the sushi places in Oslo. The ingredients are always fresh, the prices are reasonable, and the menu is large enough that there is always something new to try.

You really cannot go wrong with any of them. If you prefer nigiri, the salmon nigiri is by far the best.

I think the best sushi I've ever eaten. No need to search for shrimps,crab or chicken in de rolls, very good balance between rice,proteins and vegetables. First time ever i could not eat all the ginger, never had a big portion like this. Also soja and wasabi had good portions. I think that we will do another takeaway from here in the comming days before...

Tried it for the first time. Waiting time 20 min. Ok. People friendly.

Sushi ingredients seems fresh. BUT sushi is all about the rice. This was slightly undercooked and made them split during eating. On top it was tasteless.

All in all not great but good...
