Sabrura Sticks & Sushi Valkyrien — Restaurant in Oslo

I have almost finished my umpteenth meal at Sabrura Valkiryen, in my opinion this is the place where the most care and attention is given to the food. The food is amazing, the lady who works in the kitchen is a hero, today she is alone and is facing the large crowd with great determination and concentration, serving as usual exquisite food, I am a kitchen manager and I always observe the staff in a restaurant, the only big flaw today was the service.. Here I always meet a tall boy or a very pretty girl with glasses, they are always kind and attentive to taking care of the customer, but today I found a girl who received people without saying hello, also she answered questions or requests with a "nausea" look on her face, it was really bad. Before sitting down I kindly asked for a cloth to clean the table since the girl did not come, and after waiting 5-7 minutes standing she came to clean the table very annoyed. If there is less than one star I would absolutely give! Had a bad experience even before I tried! We went there specifically for the sushi buffet and prepared ourselves only to get surprised that there was only one worker there who was completely ignoring us did not even reply to us it was almost like we were begging for his help he was acting like he can not see us even though we were standing right in front of him and continued ignoring us until we saw a sign that says they are temporarily closed! Until the time I am posting this review they have not mentioned anything about getting closed on their website! It is fine if they close but they should mention it! These timings are not true! I am so happy that Sabrura has a branch in Oslo, finally. I used to eat regularly at the Sabrura restaurants in Trondheim, because they offer very good quality food for a very affordable price. The staff are nice and friendly at Sabrura Valkyrien. We ordered "Liten Kosekombo" menu which includes all the popular pieces such as tempura fish, spring rolls, marinated chicken, salmon nigiri and maki rolls, and it's enough for 2 people as a light lunch or decent portion of snack.
