W.B. Samson - Grünerløkka — Restaurant in Oslo

I have been going to WB Samson in Frogner for many years. Always loved it there. Today in Grünerløkka I had the worst experience. I have WB Samson gift card from my wife as a Christmas present since I go to WB Samson very often. The lady working there first told that the card is not valid since she thinks it is from 2010 since the writing on the back is not clear without even swiping the card. Then she really has no intention to read the manual on how to use this card. When we insist she brought the manual and used the card and of course it was a valid card. Just because you see a person of color you start acting like you know better than him and start getting suspicious instead of realizing that you are not competent/trained enough to know how to use your own gift card. This has nothing to do with the staff - they are always nice and welcoming.
