Extremely slow service. Took neraly two hours to get our food and we'd booked in advance. Half of the menu was umavailable, but we were only told this after waiting over an hour for our food. Once the food showed up we only got half our order and had to argue with the staff to receive the rest. What we did receive was mediocre at best and down right inedible at worst.

The karaoke rooms were tiny, we paid 4500nok (10 people) for a room for a few hours and it barly fit 5. The microphones barely worked and there was no air conditioning in the room so it was sweltering. All in all perhaps the single worst place to go...

A good concept, but badly implemented. You have a roughly 50% chance of lyrics syncing properly and that's on popular karaoke songs like bohemian rhapsody. Spotify is much better at lyrics. There is also a long pause between all cued songs wasting the precious time you paid for.

The microphones barely work to begin with and one of ours went out of battery charge, because the workers neglected to verify them. We asked them for new batteries, but never received any.

The rooms should also be ventilated better.

Very cozy place! I also think the personell here were very nice to us! However, my issue lay with a guard that acted extremely unjust towards my friends and I, and our mood for karaoke was gone after merely ten minutes entering the place.

I would not recommend this place, for the simple fact that the guards acted with extreme uncompassion and empathy. Were it not for this fact, the place would have been quite alright.
