This was my first time ever at a PF Chang's. There was always something about an Asian food chain that just turned me off. Well, I was wrong. The restaurant was reasonably decorated in a Chinese style, with paintings and lanterns. Still, as a chain, the inside is a bit more typical to a Bonefish Grill. The food was flavorful but in a different way than that old Chinese restaurant I'm more accostomed to. Not worse, only different. Food passed for sure and perhaps the best part was the excellent service from Sheri. Ticket 70024, if she gets credit for this. Sheri, great job!! The wife and I really enjoyed...all in our bill with 1 app, 1 soup, 2 meals, dessert, 2 cappuccinos and 3 beers and one Margherita....we came in at around $80. So, with tip, just short of $100. For all we had and leftovers to take home, this was about as perfect as a dinner service gets. Sheri, who I do not personally know, btw, should get employee of the month or something. I'll be sure to send the PF Chang's feedback, as well. I attached a few photos, hot and sour soup (which is the only thing that was mediocre), avocado rolls which were excellent (and I dislike avocados) , shrimp fried rice and see and sour chicken. Dessert - banana spring rolls, were good if you don't want something overly sweet. If you have a real sweet tooth, this probably isn't the dessert for you....even with the included ice cream. So, the only thing was the hot and sour soup. It could have just been the flavor but to me, it tasted old. Please don't ask me to define old tasting. To me, that soup was a bit off. Overall...great experience. Oh, and the place was clean.... always important.

The hostess was super rude. Asked her to change our table, she shrugged and walked off. When we came up to her again, she was too busy talking to another hostess and instead of sitting us, she finished her entire conversation before finally agreeing to give us another table(half the restaurant was empty). The bathroom is extremely dirty. The bins are overfilled with trash and the smell in the bathroom is awful. The floor in the the restaurant is sticky, in some parts slippery, and littered with trash. Instead of cleaning the plates, they just pile them up on the tables. So we ended up eating the entire time with someone’s dirty plates next to us. The table was not properly wiped, so when we sat down we had to wipe the puddles of unknown liquid with our napkin. The waitress was nice, but lacked experience. Never cleaned our table, so we had a bunch of plates piled up(literally not a single plate was taken) and did forget about the ice tea. The only thing that was representative of P.F. Chang’s brand was the food. The food was good, but they did run out of broccoli, chives, and even ice tea apparently. So when eating the Mongolian beef, we literally only had the beef. Overall, I love P.F. Chang’s but this particular location is abomination. The management should be fired. Even though the food was good (of what they actually had), the overall cleanliness of the place is awful. The hostess was rude and waitress lacked experience. When paying this much for food you expect the service to be much much much better. So if you plan on taking someone on a date or have a nice evening, just go to the Aventura location

My church group and I spent a Friday night here for our Pre Valentine's Couples Dinner. We were a group of 12 people. So a variety from the menu hit our tables. Everyone was especially pleased with the BBQ Ribs and the Mongolian Beef. I enjoyed an appetizer called the Dynamite Shrimp which was said to be spicy. But I must say it was a very mild spicy with shrimp fried rice. The serving size was enough for two people. Had I known I'd be getting so much rice I might have shared with someone. Not to mention the servers brought a house bowl of white rice and brown rice to our tables. So we were in a rice tailspin. But it was good none the less. The wait time to order our food was kind of lengthy. Our servers were not as friendly as we would have liked but they "served" . Which could have been because the place was very busy, but that's not a real excuse if we're being factual. The rest rooms were maintained during our visit, but the ladies own did have a foul odor. We had outdoor seating and the dining music was a bit to loud for comfort preventing us from really enjoying real conversation. I enjoyed the restaurant but something tells me a better experience awaits a much less busier day.

0 stars!! Worst experience ever at this location! Rudest takeout staff. I had to ask for my change back from the young lady that rung me up. I ordered a calamari vegetable appetizer that was cold when I touched it. All the other food was piping hot, but burnt...I returned the food after checking it in the parking lot. The second or re-order was no better. Cold calamari, burnt shrimp fried rice posted, and over cooked chicken lomein. The vegetable portion got smaller on the re-order. The rudest if the two young ladies, assisted me on the reorder. I asked her if she could smell the burnt smell on my food. She said it's not burnt. It's cooked the way it should be. I spoke to her manager on the initial visit. They were super busy, but no excuse for the service and quality of food I received. Also, they need to implement more sanitary policies and training. The ladies on the register are touching money, receipts, their hair and multiple bags. Then they help package the take out food. The inside of the lids for the food trays end up touching their 👐 as they close and package. When do they wash their hands? Never...

After the last experience I had with this specific PF Changs I avoided all related restaurants for a while(drove 45 min to sawgrass for specific shopping purposes and spent 3 of the 6 allotted hours to be there waiting for the food to get to our table and it got there cold, small and low quality compared to usual PF CHANGS) BUT my mother in law told me she had gone to the one near The Falls in miami and it was good. I tried it this time and while the server was very gracious even when we told her the hot and sour soup tasted off and sent back the salad for overdressing (when your salad looks like a soup after eating 5 leaves - it’s overdressed). The lettuce wraps were adept at best. Almost zero to no white rice noodles and the peanut dressing was an over kill when it usually gives a nice flavor. The main dishes were crispy shrimp and chicken both were good although the shrimp could’ve used less sauce and by the time I had the chicken I had already sent back a hot and sour soup and aten half of the lettuce rolls. So I couldn’t enjoy it.

My first time coming to this place And The atmosphere of PF Chang was good vibes, but what I expected when it came down to the food was not good. We ordered soup and honestly it taste like it just came out of the dishwasher. I don’t know if they just washed the bowls and decided to throw in the soup with out drying the bowls, but that’s what it taste like to me. We ordered appetizer and honestly the lettuce wrap was the best from everything. All the food looked like it was cooked properly, but We ordered chicken fried rice and chicken lo mein that it was ok ( no flavor whatsoever) orange chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way through and the sweet-and-sour chicken just didn’t taste, right. I would’ve got better quality food with less the price if I went to Panda Express. Management team need to step up their game when it comes down cleaning this and prepping the food I wouldn’t recommend this place. Honestly, you can get better quality food just go to panda express…
