Sitting in the middle of the expensive mall. Almosphere is fun. Concept of conveyor belt is great. But service is so so. Menu had a variety of interesting items but only about 5 main dishes, a cheesecake and a plate of fruit that kept coming. That was on a Sat night and there was quite a few customers. I would think they would have had more variety of dishes than that for a Sat night. The plates kept going round and round multiple times bc others patrons were expecting and kept waiting for new dishes like we did. Such a turn down. Raw fish quality wasn't bad but if they really want to keep business going, I'd strongly suggest to make the plates with variety options as the menu says. I suppose we can order them too but server rarely came by and didn't explain anything to us. Pineapple smoothie tasted good but nothing special. We can make it like that at home. No garnishing on the plates / drink whatsoever. The taco and sandwich sushi pieces were creative and good though.

Super Fun Sushi Stop at Sushigami **Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️** My little one and I just had the best time at Sushigami! The sushi comes zooming right to your table on a conveyor belt, which had my daughter absolutely mesmerized. It's right there in the mall, so super easy to pop in for a quick bite while you're out shopping. Everything comes out fast, which is perfect when you're as hungry as we were. The plates are different colors, which tells you how much things cost—so easy! We grabbed some yummy salmon sushi, a couple of veggie rolls, and my daughter even snagged a chocolate cake from the moving track. We loved every minute and every bite at Sushigami. It’s a fun spot for families, especially if you have little ones. Can’t wait to go back! 🍣🎂

My experience at Sushigami was an amazing one spent with my wife. We ate around 10-11 plates/bowls in total, and it was around $84 + tip. I've loved conveyor belt sushi restaurants since I had my first one in Osaka, Japan. The different colors of the plates designate the pricing for each. For example the lowest-cost plate would be $4.5, while the priciest would be $8. Got a couple of conveyor belt items, and I also ordered three-four plates by asking a server. Our desserts were taiyaki ice cream and mango-flavored mochi. Prompt, courteous service, pleasant dining experience with awesome music to boot.

Went here to have lunch with my daughter after shopping. My daughter loved it here, the entire concept of the place and just grabbing what you want was fascinating. Service was ok, alls they really do is bring you your drink and check, you do the rest of the work. Well I got my check, crossed out the tip line (so I could tip in cash) filled out the total and signed the receipt. Here I am 4 days later going through my bank account and the waiter EDWIN manually changed the tip in the computer to $20!! I could not believe it. So of coarse I went back there because I live right across the street and the owner told me that he made a mistake. He pulled my ticket and saw where I filled everything out and then saw the charge in my bank account for an additional $20 and told me “it’s really not that big of a deal, it’s $20” and handed me a 20. You know what the 20 wasn’t a big deal it was the point!!! I can only imagine how many other people they have...

I cannot even begin to explain disgraceful and rude the customer service was at this place. I decided to come here with a small group of friends and after we sat down, not once did a waiter come to attend us. Not only did we receive no customer service, but the waiters and staff would look at us badly and the only time that the waiters noticed us was when we physically put our money on the table to show that we were done. These people had the audacity to literally hold up our dollar bills to the light to see if they were real. Every adult around us was treated fairly but they treated us as if we were some criminals. I see no point in coming to a place that’s going to treat their customers depending on how old they are or how old they appear to be. Never have I felt so insulted from a store that I don’t even get the most minuscule amount of respect. I don’t intend on ever going to a restaurant...
