I had the unfortunate experience of dining at what could only be described as the worst BBQ in Lahore. From the moment we sat down, the disappointment started to build. The food came out cold, which was the first red flag. The kebabs were dry and lacked the smokiness that should come with properly grilled meat; they were rubbery and had a bland, almost stale taste. The chicken, instead of being juicy and tender, was tough and under-seasoned. The mutton chops were a complete disaster—tough, chewy, and with no discernible flavor or marination. Even the naan, which should have been soft and warm, was served flat and hard, as though it had been sitting around for hours. The raita was watered down and lacked any zest, while the salad seemed like it had been prepared days ago. To top it off, the chutneys were so watered down that they barely added any flavor to the meal. It felt like the whole experience was rushed, with no attention to detail or effort put into making the food enjoyable.
