Pasta Au Gratin (Rating 4.6/5)- we come here regularly for the pasta and it has never disappointed, the pasta tasted fresh , well seasoned and balanced in flavor.

Beef Stack Burger (Rating 3.5/5)- When i had the first bites the initial impression was the burger tasted amazing and juicy . But unfortunately the middle was pretty raw which ruined the whole experience. Told the waiter to take it back and get it cooked properly and I patiently waited . But disappointingly the burger never returned nor was i offered any alternative. Eventually when my wife was done eating her pasta we just decided to get the bill. But to be fair they did not bill me for the burger .

Matcha drink (Rating 3.4/5) - I personally didn’t like the drink because of the overpowering coconut milk taste added to it . However my wife said she loved it so try at your own liking . ⸻ 🧑‍🍳 Service & Staff:

The restuarant is located in the posh neighborhood of F6 and the decor is nice and clean with both indoors and outdoors seating available. Vibe is pretty modern and seating is quite comfortable ⸻ 💸 Value for Money:

Pricing here for a hot plate of food with a drink on average would cost around 2-3k per head and the portion sizes are pretty decent . ⸻ 📝 Final Verdict:

Food is decent , vibes are good , they just need to keep checks on quality control and develop some mechanism on how to handle food that is returned to...

I heard alot of hype and excitement behind Butlers Chocolate Café. I was so wrong. I was expecting food standards that could be on par with the likes of "Street 1* and "Loafology".

I was terribly wrong.

They have such a well decorated beautiful cafe, but their food standards aren't anywhere as amazing. It is just decent food to say the least.

I came for breakfast and ordered their "Irish breakfast". They gave me poached eggs like I had asked for. I was expecting grilled mushroom and tomato like it was written in the menu, but that was something that destroyed what I had in mind.

I got 1 shrivelled up part of a tomato that was supposed to be grilled but was cold.

Their cooked mushroom was not appetising or something worth looking at. It looked like literal vomit with mushroom.

As for the sausage and bacon which it comes with, it is basically as good as if someone were to prepare it themselves at home. It's nothing special.

Their poached eggs were slightly over done and didn't even come with hollandaise sauce.

The sourdough bread had gone hard.

As a side note, their signature chocolate is overly sweet.

I ordered a caramel dream milkshake which was decent.

In conclusion I don't recommend anyone to buy food. Buy their sandwiches at most or desserts but do not buy their other food. It will be a waste of time and money. The fact still stands that till now Loafology and Street 1 have the better breakfast/brunch.

Their hot drinks are as standard as you can get from any other...

From past experience of visiting Butlers chocolate cafe at Lahore, expectations were high from the islamabad branch also; but After multiple visits and equal number of disappointments, I think its safe to deduce that Butlers islamabad isn't all it was hyped up to be...At one visit, the service was awful...no one available to guide for seating...and when we settled down at an empty table (not displaying reserved sign) then a person shows up and tells us to vacate and we obliged without a fuss...another time, three different items ordered from the menu were not available and what was served was too hastily made, neither looked the part nor tasted like it...and the third and final time, we arrived and are told that the seating is full, we'd have to wait 10 mins...we decide to sit in car to wait and inform them of it as well, while also providing them with the contact number to call us in if there is vacancy...we're stuck waiting for almost an hour while they entertained walk-ins after us...upon asking, they apparently forgot...and even after that, they say they are full yet again...so all in all, a very bad few experiences at...
