So many obviously fake reviews here. The ambiance and atmosphere on the roof in good weather means people with taste & knowledge go here mostly for drinks - It certainly isn’t the food or the service because both are really bad. It’s an extensive menu yet everything tastes exactly the same - salty Soy with either sugar or chilli take your pick, and the “sushi” is smothered in pink mayonnaise and you cannot taste the supposed toppings or fillings. The battered king prawns (it is not a tempura batter) are the only good thing we’ve ever had here after many visits. The service used to be bad but is now super bad ! Lots of waiters no one knows what they are doing, items are missed out completely, people left waiting for their food while the others are eating, dishes arrive after everyone has finished, cold food, drinks wrong or not arriving - you name it and it all happens here - all the time. The managers literally stand there doing nothing, even when you complain nothing changes here. I tell people to have their food somewhere else and come here to enjoy the ambiance & drinks, that way they won’t get upset and frustrated and have their evening ruined by people who just don’t care.

Miso is a culinary haven for teriyaki and sushi lovers. Their dishes are simply delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that leave your taste buds craving for more. The teriyaki is perfectly cooked, tender and savory, while the sushi rolls are expertly crafted, showcasing the freshest ingredients and impeccable technique. But Miso Restaurant offers more than just incredible food. Their rooftop is a hidden gem that provides a perfect vantage point for breathtaking views of the mountains during sunset. As the sun paints the sky with hues of orange and pink, the serene beauty of the surroundings enhances the dining experience, creating a truly memorable and enchanting atmosphere. Final Rating👇🏾 Location: 9/10 Comfort: 9/10 Staff Behaviour: 8/10 Food Quality & Taste: 9/10 Value for Money: 8/10 Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My visit to Miso Restaurant was an absolute nightmare. The customer service is beyond awful, with a blatant preference for those they consider "special" or privileged. It's infuriating how they consistently disrespect and mistreat ordinary patrons like me. The staff's rudeness is unmatched, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save your money and sanity – stay far away from this establishment with its disgraceful service. They not only favored some customers but also cranked up the noise by changing the speaker direction after we asked them to lower it. We practically had to scream just to talk. This place cares more about chaos than customer comfort. Avoid it.

The food is good, very pricy though. But worst is their service. Not worth the money, staff needs serious training on how to handle customers when they are to be seated to when they are billed. In my case, they never served water for 30 mins until it was asked by us. Later, we had to request cooling fans to be turned on, whereas it should have been taken care of by the servers. Above all, this is an expensive place, and one assumes sitting in most prestigious neighborhoods of F-6 Islamabad, a top of the line intl cuisine restaurant that should be very professional. No order taker asked before order on split billing, and their order taking ethics were super below standards, no suggestions, no guidance at all, then came the time of billing and we asked them to split the bill in two for me and my sister to pay share... at that point, we were told split billing is not possible at this stage as it should be decided at the time of ordering. My point to their team was that for them to put this out as an option back, then why are they penalizing customer for their poor management's decisions on how to handle accounting. The attitude was extremely arrogant and unnecessarily rude. I did unleash my frustration eventually, but guess what they didnt split the bill, and we as a customer had to give in. Also, please put name tags on your restaurant's staff as I had to ask for Mr Kashif's name eventually towards the end while I was exiting. My review is not to point fingers at any individual, but this is feedback to your restaurant's management to improve your customer services, serving skills, and giving...

I've been a loyal customer of Miso since 2022, visiting at least twice a week. The location is ideal, and the ambiance has always been a highlight warm, inviting, and perfect for both casual meals and entertaining guests.

However, I’ve noticed some concerning changes with the new management. While they seem enthusiastic, their inexperience shows. Unfortunately, it feels like they see customers more as targets than guests. For instance, during a recent visit with some guests, I was surprised when the attendant brought menu I asked him to wait, the new general manager soon sent another staff member to push us to place our order. That level of pressure felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

I’ve witnessed the gradual decline of Miso in the past and I believe these management experiments are a major reasons. Many loyal customers have quietly stopped coming because of these shift in approach. It’s disappointing to see a place I once loved start to lose its charm.

I genuinely hope that they find their footing soon, before...
