Today we went to Eggspectation Kohsar Market at around 9 15 pm. We were told to wait for the table as we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We were four persons. We waited for table for around 25 to 30 minutes. After that the waiting staff came and asked us to accompany him to table of 4 As we were about to sit down, a girl from the reception counter came and asked us to get up and go to a table inside gazeebo area. The justification she gave was that there is a family who has already finished there food sitting inside the gazebo has already requested to move outside. We politely told the girl that we waited for half an hour and your own waiting staff allocated this table tk us. But she insisted that we cannot sit there. My family felt disrespected and we decided to leave the place. At that moment she requested us to keep sitting. After just 30 seconds another floor manager appeared and in a very rude tone he told us to vacate the table as it is already reserved. At that moment we felt totally disrespected and could not stand the way we were Bering treated by the staff. We decided to get up and we left the premises of Eggspectation. It is pertinent to mention that from the day eggspecation opened it's doors in Islamabad till date we are probably the most frequent visitors and loyal customers to the reataurant, Also this behaviour from management giving priority to the customers who have already been done with their foord over customers who waited for half an hour just to get a table it's totall6 ridiculous and un professional. This kind of behaviour and attitude from the staff of a high end food chain is totally un desired, unexpected and uncalled for. The way we were treated was a total failure on the part of whole management and restaurant administration. I cannot still grasp and able to digest the behaviour shown by the restaurant staff, especially reception girl and floor manager. Instead of trying to resolve the situation his attitude and behaviour was stubborn and shameless to the core. I think I would never be going to the restaurant againa and neither would I recommend anyone else to go there. We have been going there since day 1. and the previous staff and management were all quite accommodating and polite, but the new staff seems illiterate and Ill mannered. It's the duty of the franchise owners and senior Management to look into this shameful act of rudeness and I'll treatment of a loyal clientele.
