CATCH Seafood & Grill — Restaurant in Bella Vista

Perfect place for our first meal in Panama City after moving in to our apartment. The awesome greeting from George piqued our interest and desire to try the Catch. Then we were welcomed by the chef, providing an enthusiastic overview of his desire to bring flavors from Bermuda to this new restaurant. And oh my!! Starting with the fish croquettes, then mains of the fabulous lobster mac & cheese with sauteed vegetables, and salmon with cauliflower puree, followed with a light & flavorful pistachio cheesecake. After a long day at the beach my wife and I were craving quality seafood. CATCH provided that and more! The fish stew was rich and sweet. So good! My wife really liked her HUGE portion of Snapper. My fish sandwich was in the top of the best I have ever had. They used Snapper, yum!, and the Raisin Bread really complemented the dish. The staff and owner were very friendly and gave us information about the concept of the store and the menu selections. Sadly we live in Chicago and our trip is quickly coming to an end. During our noon visit, the restaurant was quiet, and the service was attentive. However, we found the food somewhat underwhelming. 2Lobster Thermidor: This dish featured lobster cooked with Dijon mustard, butter, white wine, parmesan cheese, and mushrooms.
