Lalo's Frutitas & Mas — Restaurant in Bella Vista

Lalo’s Frutitas & Mas is a fantastic spot located inside the Panama Mall. I ordered the steak salad, and it came out much larger than I expected. It was fresh, flavorful, and definitely something I would order again. In fact, I probably will the next time I visit.

I also had a beer, which was one of the more affordable ones I’ve seen in the area, and it tasted great. Alongside that, I ordered a strawberry lemonade. It was closer to a smoothie in texture than the lemonade I’m used to in the U.S., but the flavor was excellent—maybe even better than what I expected.

I had a delicious menu of the day, which they changed to vegan (without soup and meat) and it was absolutely delicious especially the sautéed veggies and homemade potato purée.

This deserves a review. Sunday morning, went for a late breakfast and it was great, excellent value, filling, quality: 10$ and left a deserved tip to the attentive servers. So I went back in the afternoon for fresh fruit bowl, smoothies and empanadas. All great and same welcoming attention. I'll be back when in Panama.
