LYING MANAGER!!! We seen this place on google so we tried to call them multiple times and no answer, so I booked a reservation for 2 people from their website. When we got there they took us to the 28 floor and when we entered, they couldn’t find our reservation and then they told us that our shoes wasn’t appropriate to enter( we were wearing regular branded slides), she said they had a dress code which was casual. I asked her if what I was wearing okay and she said yes but just not the shoes. And as I was looking at everyone else is shoes, there were people wearing slides as well like ours but somehow they rejected us and told us it’s our shoes. I was honestly so confused, I asked if I can change and come back and she made a face that was unsure and hesitant (😬). Which made me really suspicious. We asked her if she’s the manager and she said no she was the host, so we asked her if u can go ask the manager to see if it’s okay so she did. She came back and said the manager said no, and then she said if it was up to her she would allow it. I refused to believe that it was cause of our shoes and something else but she made up a lie just so we don’t overthink or to hurt us. She took us downstairs and guided us to our car. I was upset when I got home and I did a little digging to get more information. I went on there website and instagram and found NOTHING about dress coding, only says casual and cozy, which what me and my partner was wearing. I checked there instagram that they posted 2 days ago and I see a man wearing slippers and they had no problem letting him in but not us!!!!! ILL LEAVE THE PICTURE OF THE MAN WEARING SLIPPERS DOWN BELOW TO SHOW HOW THEY LIED AND SAID SLIPPERS WERNT ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!!SHE Straight UP lied to our faces about being the host when she was actually the manager!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN PANAMÁ, I’m not even from here, I came for a visit and this is what I had...
Read moreCatastrophic experience. Booked online for 10 and took the elevator to the restaurant. The elevator stops on 27th floor and opens straight onto a steel blind. The restaurant is closed, the reservation a scam. We are 10 in the elevator including 6 children. The elevator is stuck. There is no phone network and we barely speak Spanish. The ventilation is cut off and there is no alarm bell button in the elevator. There are no floor buttons at all either, it’s all managed from a computer downstairs. Thanks God, we managed to get in touch with the front desk - who happily let us take the elevator by the way, perfectly knowing the restaurant was closed; sic - and brings us down. What is this? There are 5 errors in this terrible incident: why could we book a table if you’re closed? why could we take the elevator to the 27th floor from the computer downstairs if you’re closed? why are there no floor buttons in the elevator? why is there a blind instead of a door when reaching 27th floor? why did the security let us go through if you were closed? These are serious security questions which need to be addressed asap to the entire building and to your restaurant practices. Absolutely below common sense and standard...
Read moreWe went for dinner and drinks and it was so much BETTER than we anticipated! First of all, they make the best mojitos I have ever had in my life! There were three of us so I got to taste different recipes. I had the passion fruit and my wife had the smoky cinnamon one served under a glass top with a smoking cinnamon stick to allow more smoke to flavor the drink. They were AMAZING! I recommend any of their mojitos depending on your taste. I had the Orange Salmon for dinner (from the main restaurant menu) and it was also incredible. The salmon came with asparagus and marinated cherry tomatoes with such amazing flavor. That was also unexpectedly delicious. My wife had the seafood rice which was topped with two huge prawns and was also delicious. Our friend had the shredded pork patacones which also looked amazing. The atmosphere was fun with great music playing at a low enough volume where you could enjoy the music but still have conversation easily. And of course to top it all off was the incredible view of the Cinta Costera highway wrapping around Casco Viejo and some of the high rise buildings along the Bay. I will attach pictures. I highly recommend this place for a fun experience and amazing...
