This was my first and only time at Osaka | Toscana rooftop. It was recommended as an upscale meeting place to hold a business meeting. As a sushi lover I was excited to find out that there was a sushi bar at a modern style building that has a zip line, rock climbing wall and air swings with a tourist-y vibe. When I opened the menu I could see prices that were $15+ per roll so I became expectant for top notch quality. I was mistaken. When the sushi arrived it was obvious the fish used was not fresh. The fish itself was discolored and at first bite, it was very fishy. The fish used had to be old or left out in the sun before taken into the restaurant. But at $16 per roll for the Sapporo roll, I guess it was a waste of money on my part. My wife ordered the pizza and the sauce tasted like it was straight from a can, most definitely not homemade in house. If you’re looking for aesthetically pleasing, this is your spot; but if you’re looking for quality cuisine, you mind as well...
Read moreThis is main restaurant by the pool area in this building. Everything is overpriced here, a balboa cost $3 when in reality it’s a $1 or less at other places. Mixed drinks was mediocre at best and the short bartender girl needs to be in the kitchen or something, awful customer service. Now onto the food we ate here 2 times. 1st time I got a pizza to go paid $16 and it was the worst pizza I have ever had it was oily and soon as you lift up a slice everything was sliding off. 2nd time I gave it a another shot, actually went and sit down order 2 plates food was undercooked and didn’t taste good. Overall the best thing about this place is only the views! Don’t waste your money and try another restaurant in...

I had an amazing dining experience at Osaka Toscana! The pasta was cooked to perfection—al dente, hot, and full of flavor. The spaghetti had a rich garlicky essence, likely from a delicious blend of garlic, olive oil, butter, and parsley. The salmon was cooked medium and absolutely sabroso, with a squeeze of lime adding just the right touch.
The chicken Alfredo was equally impressive—creamy, well-seasoned, and hearty. Paired with the crisp garlic bread and refreshing drinks, the meal was complete.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving satisfying Italian-style dishes with bold flavor and great presentation. I’ll definitely be...
