Oh-Toro Ramen & Sushi David — Restaurant in David

We order two rolls of sushi. I get mine and the waitress just ignore my girlfriends order. She walked up to the counter and asked if this was hers. The chief said yes and the waitress watched and did nothing. My girlfriend brought her own order to the table. The sushi was some of the best ever but we had also order drinks. They never came. When I asked for the check and told the waitress I wanted the jubilado discount she return with the check and no discount and tried to serve us the drinks after we had eaten the food. I told her I wanted my discount and she also needed to remove the drinks from the check. We she returned all was good but we were never told about the October discount until after the meal. Do not eat here, I don’t know what’s worst the sushi or the customer service. The waiter Kenia and manager Fede had attitude the entire time and skipped my order and when I asked if they could take a roll off of my bill because of how bad it tasted (pictures below) I was denied. Then on top of that when the bill came I paid with my Visa card the waitress Kenia said there was no connection and that I had to walk to the supermarket down the street to get cash to pay them… ummm are you kidding me ??? They had no problem solving skills or were apologetic. Of course like a Good Samaritan I went ahead and took the cash out and walked back to the restaurant to pay. Voy a replantear mi calificación por el antes y el después. Antes tenían más personal y la atención si bien no era ágil al menos no era tan lenta. Ahora la atención es sumamente lenta a la hora que sea, el despacho de la comida (que no ha dejado de ser buena) es torpe, y la atención en sí misma no mejora. No es posible que pidas algo y te lo traigan cuando ya te vas... Tienen a dos personas en hora de almuerzo! En serio? Si se les llena... Adicional ya están descuidando cosas básicas como los baños, las bebidas (la primera vez disfrute de una rica limonada ahora fue casi almíbar) y sobre todo el trato. Ojo que ya viene Nación Sushi, no van a estar solos y si no corrigen ya mañana será demasiado tarde. Espero mejoren porque la comida esta muy buena, pero con ansiedad, enojo y desesperación no baja bien. Para los que hablan de desesperación e impaciencia, les recomiendo que hagan varias visitas como yo y se podrán dar cuenta de que no hay una atención consistente y las últimas dos veces espere entre 45 minutos y 1 hora y 15 para el plato fuerte y en esa última ocasión se les olvidó un pedido.
