Cafeto Arabico — Restaurant in David

My good friend and I checked out this place about ten days ago for the first time. And we have already returned. It has already become a fave of ours. The place is very welcoming. It is quite large with a patio and other outdoor seating. The inside is also quite extensive. Both times we came it was quite busy so we took a nice table by the door. We were happily greeted by a young waitress who gave us menus. The menu is quite extensive. The number of sandwiches is incredible. The first time I choose the smoked chicken with mushroom sandwich and I also ordered fries because why not? This was seriously so good. The smoked chicken was off the chart!! Totally yummy!! My girlfriend she had what she thought was going to be a smaller meal as she has spied the cakes in the display case. She opted for the avocado toast with egg. She got lots of avocado slices, two scrambled eggs with bacon and two HUGE pieces of Texas toast!! Not the smaller meal she thought. But she loved it. Then we ordered coffee and dessert. I ordered a cappuccino and she got an Americana. We enjoyed these immensely. My cappuccino was velvety smooth. Delish!! Now for the desserts. My friend got the lemon pie, although she gave me a taste. It was so fresh tasting and creamy rich! And the crust was awesome. It was more of a graham wafer crumb crust. I choose the carmel flan. I am not too sure I have had flan before. And if I have had it, it did not make an impression like this one did. It was rich and decadent!! Just the way a dessert should be. Now the next time we came we were ready to eat. My friend had a burger and I had breaded fish. The waitress suggested I try the breaded fish instead of the grilled. She knew I would love it and I did. I also had fries with it as well as this HUGE salad. I couldn't eat the salad when I was there as I wanted dessert (I do have my priorities straight) But I took the salad home to eat later. Now, I rarely, if ever, order salad because why? But this salad was the bomb. To begin with it was one of the prettiest salads I had ever seen. It was filled with butter lettuce and arugula. Then it was topped with this insane pico di gallo! It was so tasty. My friends hamburger was also on the big side. The bun was really hearty. It covered the burger and fixings well. It also lasted until the end which is a key thing for burger enjoyment. However, it was hard to get your mouth over it. LOL. This time for dessert, I did not partake because I was so full of fish but my friend took a piece of banana cake home. It looked so good. The young waitress was so friendly and kind. We found her to be quite attentive to our needs. We asked for coffee to be served later and she waited until she cleaned our plates before asking if we were ready for coffee. Such a cutie!! Also today we were given a plate of fresh avocado to taste. I enjoyed it. It was very creamy. Last time we came, the owner gave us each an avocado. Nice touch. And speaking of the owner, he is a very kind man but a little shy I think. Well, this wasn't the first time we were there and it will definitely NOT be the last time either. I am already looking forward...

I do not drink coffee. I bought one for a friend. I was so impressed with the knowledge the server had about coffee and his hospitality. My friend really enjoyed the coffee, and the cafe setting was very comfortable. Yes, it is in the Federal Mall, but you have a choice to experience a small cafe or enjoy the mall passer-byers! By the way, he was making fresh hand-made sandwiches! I will be sure to visit again and...

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The place was very clean and the places to sit were very hip, cool, not restaurant style seating. Upstairs has great views....
