We unknowingly arrived for Italian Night. Fully booked, so we sat at the bar and had great bar service from friendly, young staff. Cocktails use fancy ingredients and the food feels like someone took the time to make it well. They get customer service right here. Their standards are American/Western countries, not Panamanian.
