McDonald's — Restaurant in San Francisco

I’m disappointed by the lack of flexibility from the manager. As a loyal customer who orders almost every day, I requested to pick up my order from the counter instead of the back, as there is a lot of traffic passing by. However, I was told this wasn’t possible due to the way they process receipts. I even suggested they retrieve my order using my phone since it comes from the same kitchen, but the manager refused.

As a customer, I expect convenience when dining in. Having to walk through the drive-thru to get my food, despite planning to eat inside, is unreasonable. I hope they reconsider their policies to better accommodate customers...

No recomiendo Mc Donald's Paitilla

Pésima experiencia en este restaurante. Llegué a las 10:37 para hacer un pedido y me informaron que el sistema del punto de venta BAC estaba caído. Intenté pedir por la aplicación, pero me encontré con que habían cerrado la venta online, aunque el local seguía abierto.

Hablé con el encargado Bryan, quien me dijo que la compra online tampoco pasaba porque el punto de venta estaba dañado. Eso no tiene sentido, ya que si fuera cierto, la app habría mostrado un error al procesar el pago en lugar de bloquear la venta. Básicamente, me mintieron en la cara.

Se nota que no quieren trabajar y solo buscan excusas para no atender a los clientes. Mal servicio, cero profesionalismo y cero interés en el consumidor. No recomiendo este lugar para nada.

Me cargaron la tarjeta de crédito!!!

**"Terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 10:37 to place an order, but they told me the BAC point-of-sale system was down. I tried ordering through the app, only to find that online sales had been closed—even though the restaurant was still open.

I spoke to the manager, Bryan, who told me that online orders wouldn’t go through because the point-of-sale system was broken. That makes no sense because if that were true, the app would have shown a payment processing error instead of blocking sales altogether. Basically, they lied straight to my face.

It’s clear they don’t want to work and are just making excuses to avoid serving customers. Terrible service, zero professionalism, and no respect for consumers. I do NOT recommend this place at all."**

Always good. They have new better options of quality burgers and some choices of salad. The service is poor in most of them in Panama. Cashiers seem to not like working or workingthere(dont know) and of course they treat you the same way. Managers are not good makinhg sure of good service. In all that adds up for the poor slow service. Costa del Este is the only one that most of them are nice and seem to like to take your order and service is...
