We're finally seeing the electronic order and payment system in Panama, bravo! Took me less than a minute to order and pay for what I wanted. Prints out the ticket and then just wait until your number gets called or you can also see on the TV which orders are being prepared and which are ready to be picked up. The door also has those feet thingys so you don't have to touch it... I've always wondered why no one had those in Panama.

McDonald's C50 tiene ahora unas máquinas para que el cliente haga su pedido y lo pague directamente con tarjeta. Si va a pagar en efectivo pasa a la caja. Curiosamente hay empleados ayudando a los clientes a usar las maquinas. Es curioso pues en un futuro esas máquinas van a dejar a estos seres sin trabajo cuando la gente le tenga más confianza a las susodichas. Este movimiento para reemplazar al ser humano es preocupante. Algo sabrá la empresa que no sabemos nosotros. La comida es McDonald's. Es como un desfile: has visto uno, has visto todos. Local limpio. Bastantes estacionamientos.

El servicio de la atención es malisimo hice mi pedido en la máquina espere 50 minutos y me acerco al mostrador para preguntar que pasa ? y me contestaron que no tenían 5 manos que me esperara, asi que espere aproximadamente 10 minutos más parada en el mostrador con los niños, al final el tiempo que espere por la comida fue aproximadamente una hora! muy groseras las personas que atienden

By far the best McDonald's I've been in Panama city. It's clean with good sitting, self-ordering machines make it easier for foreigners.

Staffs work efficiently and very friendly (in fact, It's the first McDonald's that the McDonald's girls came to ask if everything is fine Or we need anything etc...) Manager is nice.

It could be busy during lunch time but no problem to find the table since they clean the table very quickly to be ready for next customer.

Accept REFILL!!!! Highly recommend this McDonald's...

McDonald's in Panama is typically dirty, with slow untrained employees and lots of messy tables. Those crappy experiences would get 2 more stars out of me than this disaster. Bugs in the entrance and on the chair my wife touched and rude counter staff cost them the other 2 stars and my business. We went to the Cincuentenario...
